Thank you.

I've decided that "thank you" is one of the lamest phrases in the English language. It really just doesn't express enough emotion or convey exactly what you want to say. I mean how can the phrase that you say when a waiter refills your water be the same phrase that you would use when you find out that someone you've never met is praying for you and your family because they heard your story through the grapevine?

Or what do you say to someone who prints out photos from your blog to give to your Gramps because he doesn't have a computer but he sure wants to see pictures of his great-granddaughter?
Or to the person who brings you dinner even though you told her not to bring anything, because she knows that you haven't had a hot, home-cooked meal in a while and just guesses that you need it?
Or to the amazing ladies who take care of your daughter all day everyday, who love her almost as much as you do and think that she is beautiful and never stop telling you so?
Or to your family and friends who miss you, but they understand why you are MIA and support you just the same? Who haven't stopped praying and thinking of you the entire time this has happened? Who send emails just to check in and let you know that they are thinking of you, but don't expect a reply?
I mean "thank you" just doesn't cut it. You need something more like "thankyouverymuch,everythingyouaredoingmeanstheworldtomeandiwishihadabetterwaytoshowmygratitude" sort of a word. But there isn't one, at least that I'm aware of. So for now. THANK YOU will have to do :)
Emma is doing well. The bililights are officially off, which means those darn patches are off her face!!! She is gaining weight like a champ. She's up to 3lbs 5.7oz. Yesterday she gained 2 oz, which I calculated is the equivalent of me gaining 6lbs in one day. YIKES!! She's 33 weeks today and she's just working on getting bigger and stronger (and cuter) :)
