Houston, we have a house!!!

YIPEE!!!! Yesterday Jamie and I became the proud owners of a single family home in Stapleton. We are beyond excited, and a little freaked out, but I think it's going to be really good for us. The house isn't finished yet, it's in the framing stage... but that means that we get to pick all the finishes. We're hoping that the design center will let Jamie borrow some of the samples so I can have a look at them, because the thought of giving up "control" of the choices is more than a little overwhelming to me.

Our elevation. Our house will be be cream (where this picture shows the darker color) and a sage (where the lighter accents are).

Main level floor plan. We'll have the study, not the 4th bedroom, and the fireplace

Second level floor plan, we will have the 2nd floor laundry.

In other news I'm still in the hospital... I've had a couple more bleeding episodes, but the baby is doing well which is the important thing. It definitely doesn't look like I'll be going home anytime soon, but I'm just hoping to make it a couple more weeks at the very least. I'm 26 weeks tomorrow and I would really, really like to make it to 28 weeks at least. It's frustrating because no one has any idea what is going to happen... I could last another day, I could last 14 more weeks!
