It's hard to believe that 2008 is over. We spent the night at our friends' house and didn't break out the camera until after midnight... needless to say the pictures are interesting :)

No clueThis year was such a roller coaster. It's hard to imagine that on January 1, 2008 I had no idea what the year would hold for us. Yes, I knew we were going to have a baby, but little did I know how close we would come to losing her before she was born or how hard I (she) would have to work to keep her inside as long as possible. Heck, I didn't even know she was a girl!! Little did I know how amazing motherhood was going to be, even though I'd been dreaming of it my entire life. What a year it's been :)

Awww, what a great slideshow! I forgot how sweet Emma's little smiles were when she was a newborn. You guys have certainly created one hell of an adorable family!
