I had some bleeding during the night and spent the morning with my midwife. It turns out that everything is okay with Baby Schwab, but I have "placental abruptions", basically bleeding in my uterus. They aren't sure why, there are some tears that the bleeding seems to be coming from, but there really isn't anything that they can do to *fix* it. So I'm on bedrest, full-on bedrest, until at least 12/27 and hoping that the bleeding stops.
The upside of this is that we got another ultrasound and the baby looks great. S/he had NO idea anything was happening, actually it looked like s/he was at a dance club, moving around so much! Here is a cute little picture for you :)

Hey sister, bed rest sounds boring, all if you need some company or a friend. I'm glad all is well with Baby Schwab.
i'm so glad that everthing is alright, take it easy and hopefully you'll get better. Baby looks great and must have learned to dance from his/her hot mamma! catch up on some good reading/sleeping/ movie watching. saying a prayer for you tonight and wishing happy baby thoughts!!!

There really is a baby in there! It always amazes me how fast they develop and start looking like little people! I will be thinking of you often!!
Maybe this will mean extra blog posts on good books/movies? :)
