Emma spent her very first night away from home (since she came home) last weekend. Some friends and I threw a shower for Suzie and Mike so my parents were nice enough to watch Emma and keep her overnight (they claim it was for us, but I think it was more for them). It was great to have some grownup time, but I hated waking up without my sweet girl in the morning :(

Wow, I guess we left way too early. Thanks for throwing a great shower. Emma is so beautiful! Hopefully she gets some of the TLC channel in addition to football!!
